There are quite a few, besides Chaplin and Keaton.

There's Loyal Underwood (I think he's playing a clarinet) and Snub Pollard playing some sort of keyboard instrument as part of the three street musicians. Frank Hagney, an extra in the dress circle.

Well, I hope there was at least a screening for those who appeared in the film because not everyone held out for twenty years until its American release.
