Katie's right. Notice how she didn't say that Ann should have gotten or kept the co-host job, but rather that Ann didn't get a decent send-off and implied that the transition was poorly made.
They're gonna be in second place for a while now. Savannah is not up to the standards set by Katie and Meredith. And Matt's reputation has been tarnished by this - it's hard to look at him the same way now.
