Matt Makes a Comeback!

That's what we love, right?, a second chance. I never use to watch these shows but I have been watching for months. GMA is all over the place. They have charm but at the expense of being silly. CBS is ok, they have a nice mix.

But Matt climbing up on the crane above the World Trade was inspiring. Today having the balls to bring on the guy who accused Jackson. This guy was not some outsider he was on the inside of the inner circle. Although I've never been abused it was a tribute to all those who have. Matt did a great job being a journalist.

Today Natalie was in Hawaii and kept doing the stupid hula. Matt said did the producer tell you not to stop dancing. That was clever. And his interview with the ESPN girl was great. Savannah gets better as she gets confident. Roker is very good. He is probably the best guy who was a weather guy.

PLease Today don't dumb down to be popular. I like the beginning with the music and the intro. It's so iconic. Ok I have a huge crush on Savannah.

I don't think it is possible to dumb down the Today show any further, they are at rock bottom. I won't ever watch as long as arrogant Matt and lightwieght Savannah are part of this show. CBS is by far the best morning news show, and GMA is good if you oike a little more celeb reports/pop culture with your news. Today is repulsive.

IMO ..and I watch all three,GMA is the most dumbed down. I enjoy it and the anchors are all likeable but it's easily the most dumbed down of the three.
cBS is the most high brow whilst also being entertaining and fun. Today to me is like a cross between GMA and CBS,it's serious but also has some lighter fun stuff as well like Take 3.

Out of the three, I like CBS' morning show the best. I don't mind celebrity gossip, but I don't want to hear about the Kardashians at the top of the show (happens all the time). Save that for sometime after 8:00.

I also agree GMA is all over the place, and I feel they sometimes try too hard to be "lighthearted" in their approach. I have a hard time seeing George Stephanopolous talk about the Harlem Shake or Grumpy Cat.

Today Show is just awful now. Ever since Ann Curry was fired, they've gone out of their way to show us they're this big happy family. The music montages showing them having fun, the forced banter, taking away the desk, etc. The show is a mess now...I'm talking bad enough to where Jeff Zucker needs to return.

Oh stewardess...I speak jive.

And the headlines the beginning of this week in October is GMA is beating Today.

Aside from all the obvious liabilities the vibes on this show are bad. The Orange Room segment is kind of a silly attempt at being current (somehow).

I really don't like either morning show but I think they've both changed for the worse and they aren't going back to the old days.

I'm still trying to find out what the "orange room" is supposed to be about!

And where is the new studio? is it still at ground level?
