With the addition of Erica Hill & the movement of Jenna to news desk, it was obvious that there would be tension on the set which I thought would eventually subside. So now they've moved Jenna back to the anchor desk & I think there's more tension. And as much as I found Jenna annoying as co-anchor to Lester, more & more I'm finding Erica to be kinda "diva-esque".
shareJenna is a very competitive person she was slightly competitive with Amy Robach when she was there which is why I thought Amy left. She wanted to be the star of the show even though her skills and talents were limited. Jenna was no prize as a news anchor but she had passion and that passion was one sided when focusing more on pushing her fitness segments.
Erica Hill is mediocre and not as good as she think she is which is a reason why she got demoted. In my opinion she is no position to have a diva behavior because her shopping around for multiple anchor jobs gives her a questionable reputation. Her time as gottent way past her and if she was smart she should of got a local news job after leaving CBS then shopping for national job.
Overall the real star of the show is Lester Holt.
Maybe they'll have a catfight. That will help bring up the ratings.
