This morning they had some actresses who will perform in the Sound of Music program coming on this week. So, they show one of them in her costume for the show and mention a guy who will also be in the show. And who's picture do they show?. Paul Walker, the actor who was just killed in a car accident this morning!!!..And not only do they show the wrong picture, they have the caption "1973-2013" under his picture which obviously indicates he's dead. Amazing how many incorrect pictures and/or captions those in the control room put onscreen.

I'm sure that segment producer is now unable to sit down from the spanking s/he deserved from that mistake. that's really incredible. No editing? who proofs what they put on the air?~

This happens often on our local news and I have to wonder why it continues. No, it's not life threatening, but it's unprofessional and takes away from the credibility and capability of those behind the scenes.
