Keep Natalie & Willie and fire Tamron.

NBC should get rid of Tamron Hall and keep Natalie Morales & Willie Geist. I like the lineup of Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Natalie Morales, Al Roker, and Willie Geist. I don't know why NBC added Tamron, she adds nothing to show. She is very ditzy and talks about her family a lot. When it comes to interviewing guests she isn't very good and will not let the person finish their answer, I know others do it but with Tamron it's very obvious. Tamron should go and Natalie & Willie stay.

Sadly, Tamron's "WAY-too-eager-to-please", complete lack of self-pride/awareness shtick is only inflated when compared to the brimming with class, genuinely inviting and pleasantly warm demeanor of Today Weekend's Sheinelle Jones.

I know it's not necessarily good form to compare the two African-American female hosts on the Today programming but I've done it and though a fan of Tamron's and occasionally hoping for her to dial it down, I now look at her constantly and shake my head in shame when I see her "direct comparison" conducting herself with a willingness to "put herself out there" and "play ball" but with her well-formed dignity and self-respect intact. Tamron, somehow, has lost a HUGE portion of that somewhere along the way and it's disgraceful.

Sheinelle Jones has ALL the makings of an easy choice to join the weekday Today show but, sadly, she AND Hall might be too provocative for Today's viewers. I could be wrong.
