Do you think KLG and Hoda are even friends off camera? On the show the other day KLG didn't even say the right name of Hoda's grand kid. And Hoda called all of KLG's dogs boys, and KLG had to correct her.

shareSince everything on the show is scripted, a little like professional wrestling, I don't think you can judge their true relationship by what you see on the show. Kathy does seem like a very shallow jerk and I wonder if that is her role to play or really her, or if like many celebrities she is just very good at playing herself. Hoda seems to be a far more decent person, but that is how the writers want her seen, so again who knows. Nothing on the program is real.

shareTrue story, when I met the cast of Today in November 2011 at Barnes & Noble and I met Matt, Ann, Al, Savannah and Hoda. Hoda was the last one to sign my Today Show book and she said "I wish you could have met the whole cast, but Kathie Lee just left." I said I didn't want to meet her anyways, and Hoda responded with "Child, I don't blame you." And she gave me a smile because I was laughing.

I like KLG but her close friendship with Kris Jenner and her constant defending of what those idiots do makes me wonder what kind of a person CAN tolerate the K's and J's and I doubt I'd think much of that person.
