I've been noticing shes not on like she used to. Often times she doesn't speak for until the 2nd hour of the show. Seems strange to waste such a great personality like that. I can't imagine shes going to stay if shes sidelined like this always. She never cohosts in Savannahs absense either any more.
shareThere are rumors that she might be pushed out of the 3rd hour to make way for Billy Bush. She should not have slept with Matt Lauer if the stories are true. She would have easily got the co-anchor chair if she did not sleep with Matt Lauer.

and yes you're right. sleeping with Matt was clearly a bad idea. and only the paternity test knows if her son is Matt's.

She is an attractive woman, but sooo boring! She tries too hard to be "the cool girl", but she goes down in flames. She is not witty at all and her voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
shareI just think Natalie is really talented and NBC would be fools to do that and if so, I think a lot of other Networks would swoop in and nab her. In all honestly, if I were Natalie I would look at what other options I have and leave. I believe she would be very successful if she were to do so
shareHad on Nightly News, got distracted and when I looked up again, there was Natalie Morales on Access Hollywood. Seems like such a demotion. She's doing nothing but fluff. And they replaced her with Billy Bush?? Talk about a media whore. Saw a piece with him, Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie discussing the Ryan Locte situation and he pretty much was defending Locte saying what Locte said was more of an embellishment vs. a lie. You could tell that they both were frustrated with Billy.
shareNot sure Matt is constantly propped up. The show has lost some great women. The execs are unwilling to see that Matt, not the ladies, are bringing the ratings down.
I stopped watching and moved to ABC a while ago. It IS amazing to hear that Matt keeps getting raises/extensions while the Today show raitings fall. And yes, I am aware that the ratings went up recently, but that is because popular female co-anchors have returned for short stints.
