Absolutely if the show ended around Christmas like a few other P&G soaps did. Much better than that pitiful "The End" on the last episode.
shareThey wouldn't even need Christmas. Their picnic/ballgame idea could have worked for something with more heart. I particularly liked the line about Springfield being "our" town. Of course, nobody could handle that sort of thing better than Jerry Ver Dorn.
