Yes, toward the end Cyrus announced they were never brothers and made it sound like they had only shared some time in an orphange, yet the year prior they had talked about memories with their mother and how detrimental it was to Grady when Cyrus left home.
Harley, they mentioned her rarely, it was too bad she didn't make an appearance for Daisy's departure to Berkely. She was a core Cooper.
It seemed to me that Cassie replaced Roxie as Reva's sister, I don't remember them mentioning Roxie in years. Rusty got mentioned occasionally.
