After Marcus Vinicius insults Nero, what does Nero command? That MV be executed immediately, or that he be put in the arena to fight the bull with his bare hands?

Nero commands that Vinicius be put into the arena to fight the bull, but Poppaea dissuades Nero and Vinicius remains in the emperor's box, forced to watch Ursus fight the bull.

To be fair to Nero he didn't squeal when he died!!

Correct me if I am wrong, but did Nero say he would release lygia if Ursus won ?
