Bob Hope's cameo?

Uncredited for sure, but Bob Hope plays the diaper deliveryman. I had to rewind twice to make certain though.

Am I the only person who's noticed?

I've researched this exhaustively, and glad someone else noticed too. He must have been hanging around the set and was grabbed for cameo. Priceless cameo!

It's not Bob Hope. The actor's name is Frank Sully. He is uncredited, but his name is listed under All Cast and Crew for this movie.
