Jerry Lewis did it in Scared Stiff 1953. Complete with the phono skipping at the same place and slowing down.

Lucy did it in 1951, seems a bit of a cheek for Jerry Lewis to copy it,especially so soon after, but I don't suppose Lucy minded.

What was really funny was that Carmen Miranda was Brazilian, not Cuban.

Born Portuguese.

Daffy Duck did a Miranda spoof in 1943. So did Tom & Jerry. Mickey Rooney did it in 1941. So did Curly Howard. Milton Berle in 1949. That's the short list.
