Murder, She Wrote trivia

In an episode called Incident at Lot #7, which takes place at the Universal Studios, a character played by Stuart Whitman takes Jessica on a studio tour and on a western street says "this is where we shot Winchester 73". Mrs. Fletcher looks suitably impressed.

Just curious as to why you are posting Angela Lansbury trivia here as she
wasn't even in this movie ???

I thought other Winchester 73 fans would get as much of a kick as I did out of the unexpected mention on MSW.

Yes, I enjoyed that tit-bit of info, thankyou misspaddylee.

"Murder, She Wrote" is repeated a lot over here in the UK so I will look out for this particular episode as I like Stuart Whitman and "Winchester 73 is one of my top 10 Westerns.

Glad you appreciated the trivia, my discerning friend.

Stuart Whitman was one of those dark-haired, handsome youngsters signed by Universal back in the fifties. It would have been nice if he had been in "Winchester 73" along with Tony Curtis, James Best and Rock Hudson.

It's not Angela Lansbury trivia - it's Winchester 73 trivia. Just curious? More like just stupid, like the question.

Yeah, but she could really teach crippled lepers to dance!
