They rang the alarm when the inmates banged their wastebaskets (Spoiler)


But when Kitty stabbed Harper to death, it was almost like, who cares. I also loved the scene at the end where a toughened Marie is talking to Benton in her office and then pulls out a cigarette and Benton lights it for her. Ha! Ha!

(Maybe) When they were banging the lids, there was the possibility of another riot coming.
After they killed Harper, the deed had already been done, so why panic?
I did notice that also, even the prison matrons didn't look in a hurry. I think everyone was glad that she had been FORKED to death (ugh, what a way to go!!!).
