why are they so bent on her signing the papers? why can't harry sign them. their not married yet so i don't understand why she has to sign them. Anyone knows?

Harry's lawyer got him to "give" most of his wealth to her (been a while since I saw the movie, but I think it was to hide it from the feds). Now he wants it back.

Harry's business(es) is incorportated and as a result requires corporate officers, he has made her one of the officers because he can control her. Or at least he could.
