not in shops just now,EALING special editions?

Many wet Saturday afternoons watching EALING double bills on BBC 2 in the 1970s and 1980s have left me with a love for old British films.
I have many on dvd but never bought THE BLUE LAMP because it was one of the ones shown often on tv.

So when I decide I want to buy it it is not in the shops, but there are new editions of other EALING films so I guess we are in the middle of a issue of new editions?

The 2006 Region 2 DVD issue from Optimum Classic is still available new from on-line suppliers and on the Bay from around £6. Perfectly acceptable print.

Thanks for the reply,I notice that there are new editions of some of the Ealing films coming out now so I think this is the reason why this one is not in the racks.

I could buy it on line but to me that is not really shopping,I prefer to do stuff with live people.
