Burns and Allen: Chocolate Cake: "Great, I'll sweep it up for lunch"

Does anyone know which episode features the side skit where the baker brings George a chocolate cake, and breaks it apart to show George the texture?

The dialogue is something like the following:

Baker:
Just look at the texture... And it crumbles!

George:
"Great, I'll get a broom and a dustpan and I'll sweep it up for lunch."

I just watched that episode on YouTube! It is season 1 episode 12, The Income Tax Man. I have watched most of the run of the show, but season three was the first one I came across so I'm just now revisiting one and two. When I came across that scene, I remembered your post here on the message board, so I came back to answer! I hope you see it.
