DVD Release and Technicolor
Has anyone heard of a possible DVD release of this from Warner Home Video (which currently controls the video release rights)? The tape is now sadly out of print and new & used copies are quite pricey where you can find them. Got mine at a second hand video store. Best $5 investment I ever made. I can't wait for this to come out on DVD, as its one of my favorite films. Needs a restoration badly, especially the 3-strip Technicolor sequences. A restoration would prove some purely awsome results.
Please post and let us know when you hear anything about a DVD release.
