My Rifle, Pony and Me music

Is played, sans lyrics. It's not listed in "soundtracks"

The original title of the song, by Dimitri Tiomkin is "Settle Down" and is listed that way in the soundtrack. Howard Hawks reused it with different lyrics in "Rio Bravo."

This is research you could do yourself. In fact, you could do it right here in IMdB in the Trivia comments.

Tiomkin had a habit of redoing his music. Some of the music from FRIENDLY PERSUASION is in CIRCUS WORLD.

Re Tiomkin: some of the music he wrote for Red River turns up in The Thing From Another World. It's strange hearing it during the cattle drive in the earlier film, but there it is.
