WHY is this not on a US Region DVD?

The movie studios drive me crazy with the junk that they will put out on DVD (such as Valley of the Dolls and Valley of the Giants) but a classic sweet movie with 3 BIG stars like this..nothing! It's available in non-USA dvd versions but not USA.

This positively infantile preoccupation with bosoms!Terry-Thomas about US 1963.Hasnt changed much!

Both the British and the German DVDs have regioncode 0, though PAL format.
I know for sure, because I own them.
You should be able to watch them in your computer.
