Did you notice...?
About 1 hr. 40 mins. into the film, in the scene where Raymond Burr comes to Liz Scott's apartment, we see a cutaway of her standing next to a table. On that table is the photo of Harold Russell's character, Homer passing a football which was used in "The Best Years of Our Lives".
