Shot in ONLY 78 days?
the movie took place mostly on one set. Nor is it a three hour epic. Movies have been shot in 14 days and less. I think that bit of TRIVIA on the IMDB should be reworded :)

Yes, all they had to listen to were 78s. It wasn't until the next year that the 45 and 33 1/3 long play were invented. And then there was a format war. It wasn't until after the format war was over about 1950 that most people felt comfortable moving away from 78s.
