I've been interested in knowing this as well. The baby actually resembles John Wayne to me, so I thought perhaps it was one of his sons in real life. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I am rarely stumped when it comes to movie trivia, but this one's got me. He looks vaguely familiar and thought he might be one of Duke's sons like 'The Quiet Man' (may be too young) but have no way to confirm?
But Ford's M.O. for galloping nepotism is beyond dispute...so take your pick of the cast.
