I saw this many years ago, when a local theater ran film noir double features once a week for a few months, and it was among my favorites of the entire series of films they showed. I've since read the book, which was enjoyable as well.

After watching the recent show Sugar on Apple TV+, I decided to raid the local library for film noir DVDs. One that I picked up was The Big Clock and I watched it tonight.

It was quite enjoyable. Great cast and performances, interesting dialogue, an interesting recurring theme regarding time and how much time a man has, and some twists and turns that I didn't predict.

I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys classic films.
