had some solid humorous moments
i found genuine humor in several places in this film. milland's cynicism, for one.
but my two favorite characters were the antiques dealer and 'president mckinley'
that antiques dealer guy nailed his role, and brought a lot extra stuff to it. his expressions every time he turned around and saw milland passing by was hilarious. kinda reminded me of the doctor who fainted in front of gerard butler in dracula 2000
and the actor guy was so funny. i think it was his DEVIL MAY CARE audacity, throwing caution to the wind to have a fun moment and help his buddy out of a jam. that junk cracked me up. and all that was before the artiste screamed his name at the end lol
one more thing; it didn't hurt that both of these guys were portly fellows lol
