how would Mr. McDougal be able to insure the "remains of the Frankenstein Monster and Dracula" after having 5 witnesses claim they were living sentient beings? I say 5 cause of the guy with him at the end who witnessed the monster walking around. Are living beings even insurable? Doesn't seem legal especially in America.

He didn't know they were sentient when he bought them as props.

I know but I am talking about how an insurance agent working for him found that out. It seems like at the end when the monster and Dracula die they wouldn't be able to insure them after hearing the eye witnesses.

Betty Grable's legs were supposedly insured. Millions of living beings have life insurance.
