Sam And Georgia Sleep In Separate Rooms??

When Marty comes to talk to Sam and tell him he is going to meet with "Glamour Girl" he is in "His room". So the newlyweds are estranged at this point?

It was common for the wealthy of the time to sleep, bathe and dress in separate rooms. The practice continues to this day for some.

As said it was common for wealthy couples to have their own room, both in the US and in Europe. Only poor(er) people had to share rooms.
