Hedy Lamarr in a cameo?

The scene outside where Lana Turner is waiting on tables, there is a very striking woman with dark hair that is a dead ringer for Hedy Lamarr.

Does anyone know if it could be her?

Thanks.

No, that was Inez Cooper a starlet for MGM...yes she had a striking resemblance to gorgeous Hedy...Speaking of Hedy, It would have suited MGM then to have Hedy play the Lana role...she would have been perfect. But MGM screwed Hedy's career from the beginning casting her in Myrna loy roles and the lady like aura she portrayed..fortunately, she had better roles in Strange Woman and Samson and Delilah. I found this movie too predictable and the acting amateurish to say the least, all except for Hume Croyn. Garfield a very good actor but not here, too stilted..as for Lana, attractive as she was, i didn't think so with that plantinum hairdo..I thought she looked better as a blond in Johnny Eager.MGM was trying to make another Harlow out of her, and failed. The dialogue was awful...sorry but that was my take on this movie.
