which version do you think is the most disturbing?

I like both films but the remake is probably a little more disturbing because it is a little more graphic and from what I've heard, is a little more faithful to the book.

Yeah, but nobody can beat the chemistry of Garfield and Turner.

They were HOT even though they had to go along with the production code of the 40s.

Now you all can imagine how Garfield and Turner would have been in the 1981 version.....it would have been a bit too much to handle! .... or if they could be in an even newer version now!

This version is a remake. The original is called "Ossessione", an Italian movie. It's much better than this version!
