2) In the scene where she tells him she's pregnant, she says something that sounds like, "Mayor, Mayor". What is she saying?

I can answer number 2: she is trying to tell him that she is pregnant, and explains that she wasn't leaving to turn him in, but to get away from him, so that, as she says, 'you wouldn't ever see me again. Me or... Me or...' Of course this should be followed by 'the child', but she leaves that unsaid. So it's not 'mayor' but 'me or'.
