As far as I know, this is available on CRITERION DVD. Can't beat that.

I got a really terrific Film Noir box-set for Christmas. Beautifully put together, it's got 9 movies in it, including this one, Double Indemnity, The Big Steal, Crossfire, Out Of The Past, The Blue Dahlia, The Glass Key, This Gun For Hire and Farewell My Lovely. Well worth it.
