Phantom of the Opera?
Did anyone notice one song in the movie, played during Gilda's first dance scene, and I think some other scenes, that has a freaky resemblance to Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera Theme Song"? I know that ALW has rewritten Sunset Boulevard which is of a genre similar to Gilda. Is there a deliberate connection between the Phantom and the Gilda soundtrack?
