Where Is Gerald Mohr?????

I'm familiar with Mohr's radio work (SiriusXM subscriber) and I missed him both times I watched Gilda in the past week. Could someone explain at what time point in the film Mohr appears?

He is Captain Delgado, the fellow with a Spanish accent who dances with Gilda. When Johnny breaks them apart, Gilda says something like, "You know, there's something about Latin men. For one thing, they can dance. For another...."

Then she gives Delgado her telephone number. He tells her he will only "miserably exist" until he sees her again.

Johnny drags Gilda away and asks if it doesn't bother her that she's married, and Gilda says "What I want to know is if it bothers you!"

Interesting connection - In Gerald Mohr's radio show, "The Adventures of Philip Marlowe", the police officer that Marlowe often works with is named Delgado. I'd have to listen to some episodes because I can't remember if Delgado was a Lieutenant or a Captain.
