Good, but... (SPOILERS)
Well, it was predictable. I knew she was the killer, pretty early on. The only thing that was a twist for me was the mother. I didn't know she was dead until the husband said so. I also liked the explanation for the "nosy neighbor." That was very well done.
There were some very good occurences in this movie (the interaction between the wife and the "exhibitionist" neighbor, when she was observing them. I knew that they weren't acting the way she was thinking they were acting together). And because of the real ending, I can forgive what I thought was a cliched ending at first (her dragging her husband's dead body away from their son), since she didn't drag him to the basement as I was assuming she had.
All in all, a pretty decent movie.
