Hitchcock's cameo

I didn't think to look out for Hitchcock's cameo while watching the film, so I didn't notice it. Did he have one? He usually does.
Thinking back, I reckon it was probably during the busy train station sequence when Peck and Bergman are on the run. It's the only scene I can think of which had numerous characters walking past. Or maybe one of the dining room scenes?
I'd just like to know without having to watch the entire film just to get it!
Thanks

Director Cameo: [Alfred Hitchcock] about 40 minutes in, coming out of the elevator at the Empire Hotel carrying a violin case and smoking a cigarette.

Thank you for replying.

I actually went to the Alfred Hitchcock board in the end, it gets a bit more traffic than Spellbound!

Watched The 39 Steps for the first time last night, his almost missed the cameo!
