Columbia made many title changes for "A Song to Remember." At first it was called "At Night We Dream"..then just "Chopin"...then "The Song That Lived Forever"...then "The Love of Madame Sand"...then finally settling on "A Song to Remember."

I think they settled on the correct title. No doubt it is referring to the Polonnaise....Merle Oberon was really hateful. I wonder if George Sand was.
