Leaning Tower of Pisa

At one point the main character briefly describes an idea he's had for a play set in the leaning tower of Pisa in which two people wonder why it leans and then come to the conclusion that all buildings should (or something). Could anybody with the DVD please give me the exact quotation from this scene?

Helen: Well, in that case, why don't you write short stories.

Don: Well, I have some of those. First paragraph. Then there's one-half of the opening scene of a play which takes place in the leaning tower of Pisa. It tempts to explain why it leans. And why all sensible buildings should lean.

Helen: They'll love that in Toledo.

Better late than never. ;)

Don is really thinking that all sensible buildings should lean. Why? Because he is a drunk. He leans against the bar stool. He leans against a light pole. He leans, and he's happy and content to lean.
I watched this movie dozens of times, and I still discover something new, and profound out of it every time I watch it.
