I had a cold Corona watching this pathetic drunk. Made me feel good

Note to all drunks: I had One beer not 15. I didn't hit my wife or neglect my kids. Went to work the next day and was not craving alcohol.

I had 3 beers over lunch, then had the idea to rent the movie when I was coming down off the buzz. Oops.

I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked.

I didn't have any while watching this because I am a recovering alcoholic. I do envy people that can go out and have some fun while not taking it to the next level. There are many people like me though who just can't stop once we get started.

I re-watched this movie and that time managed to drink a whole bottle of red wine. And I'm thinking of watching it yet once again. I wish there were more miserable and tragic, yet intelligent and humorous characters like Don Birnham in movies.

Big deal. I drank approximately 15 shots of vodka while watching this. My children are grown. I did not drink until they were grown.I pay my bills. Life has to end sooner or later.
