This is what Universal does best which is to create a heavy laden mood to the story and take off into shrouded mystery.Its a formula which largely works.

The story here presented is fraught w\intrigue and keeps us glued accordingly.

Basil & Nigel to the rescue thrown in w\the hapless Lestrade for good measure !

So happy to report that I found this film on the Movies! Channel this fine early Sunday morning. Lying in bed, watching, and I fell asleep with about ten minutes left. I had a fairly good idea what was going on, but now I'll never know...
