Where can I see this?
I've looked it up on Amazon, and its not even listed. Is this available in America (On DVD, VHS, or perhaps TV)? I'd appreciate any help at all.

It is listed. You just need to look it up under its english language title: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Ddvd&field-keywords=Children+of+Paradise. Netflix has copies, too.
If you live in the L.A. area, the New Beverly Cinema--perhaps the only festival theater left in the city--shows it at least once a year on Christmas (no, I've never skipped family gatherings to see it that day).
