Dead Of Night Showing On Turner Classic Movies

This thursday (oct 30th) at 7:00 pm central time. I've never seen it, but it sounds like a good flick to watch.

And you are in for a TREAT! I saw this little-known gem for the first
time in the early '90s. I was spooked from the start. Really, really eerie,
atomospheric stories. Of course the old British sensibilities help, but
the stories are truly a lot of fun. Some don't like one comedy segment,
but I think it's terrific. And the last episode with Michael Redgrave
should truly freak you out. Terrific film. Make sure to TiVo, as this
is currently unavailable in the U.S. Enjoy!!!

I can only agree with the above post! It's one of the best British 'spooky' films ever made. I love the comedy segment, as it features two of the most wonderful British actors of the time: Basil Radford and Naunton Wayne. Their 'oh-so-British' double-act is a joy to watch, both in this film and in a few other films such as 'The Lady Vanishes'. You'll definitely Enjoy!!!
