What caused the mother to faint?

I missed part of the scene where the mother catches Ellie, the sister, with some package of something that "clinks" (were they glasses/bottles?), and is suspicious when Ellie calls her "Mother", but when she looks inside, she screams, and then later faints after something Ellie said. I was distracted momentarily and missed what was said after she looked inside the package....can someone who's seen the film explain what the heck happened here? It was towards the end of the movie. Thanks in advance -

The package contained a set of baby bottles. When Ellie's father appears, he
assumes Ellie has given away the secret about Ellie's older, married sister
being pregnant. The mother wrongly concludes from their conversation that it's
Ellie who's pregnant, which causes her to faint and leads to the game of "leapfrog" between the couple. What a strange family this was.

I'm not crying, you fool, I'm laughing!
