Frankenstein doesn’t show up until near the end of the movie, but you get Dracula and the Wolf Man, plus a Hunchback and Boris Karloff as “the Mad Scientist”. Several critics say that the story is poor, but it's nice to see the Universal horror stars.

For the first time, John Carradine takes on the role of Count Dracula. Glenn Strange makes his first appearance as the Frankenstein Monster. The only man to ever play Larry Talbot as the Wolfman in the classic era of Universal monster films, Lon Chaney Jr is here.

The run time is 1 hour 11 minutes, so there will be 1 hour and 19 minutes of commercials and Svengoolie antics in its 2.5 hour show.
