Yes, but it's not a studio-produced release. This company is releasing it as a dvd-r, which they burned themselves. I don't have any problem with this necessaarily, but you must keep in mind that the quality of their copy might be sub-par. If they simply recorded it off television and used that as their source (which many of these companies do), then it's little better than just waiting for TCM to play it again.
