A Question...

Is it possible for someone to die that quickly of arsenic, cynide, and strychnine?
I always thought that arsenic and cynide caused severe vomiting for at least a day. I also thought strychnine caused a few hours of some kind of pain (I don't know what) and then sudden heart failure.
In the film, it seems like the victims died within seconds!

It would've been a heckuva long film if we'd had to wait for the victims to expire in "real time." Maybe they all had VERY weak hearts to begin with.
May I bone your kipper, Mademoiselle?

reply

Arsenic and strychnine take their time but cyanide is pretty much instantaneous.
