Can you imagine if they left in Lugosi's speaking voice as the Monster, and have him conversing with the gutteral, thickly accented Ilona Massey? No one would be able to understand any of the dialogue.

And imagine if S.Z. Sakall had been in the movie with them. Sheesh!
