Bed 13 (spoiler)

It seems an odd scripting choice to make the event that triggers the demise of the Raven the suicide of a terminal cancer patient whose mother then seeks vengeance... wouldn't this be dramatically stronger, and more plausible too, if the suicide was of someone who otherwise wasn't about to die? (For example, a hospital patient whose condition is not terminal, but who is falsely advised by the Raven that it is... or a fragile soul who can't bear to continue living after being publicly shamed by the Raven's revelations, true or otherwise...)
