Captive Wild Woman (1943) will be shown on Svengoolie on MeTV on Saturday, 30 July 2016, at 9PM Central Time. 

It's been over a year since Sven has shown this one. It's a pretty good horror movie. 

The beautiful Evelyn Ankers is in Captive Wild Woman. 

Acquanetta plays the Captive Wild Woman, She was billed by Universal as the "Venezuelan Volcano." Actually, Acquanetta was Mildred Davenport from Ozone, Wyoming.

Acquanetta reprised the role of the Captive Wild Woman, aka Jane Dupree the The Ape Woman, in 1944 in the Universal horror film, Jungle Woman. Sven shows that one, also.

Nothing like a 1940s Universal horror movie on a Saturday night. 

Looking forward to this one. It's rare that Svengoolie features a movie that I haven't already seen.

Oh my god that much time has passed. I watched it the last time he showed it and I thought it was just a few months ago. Time sure flies.
