Same set as 'The Shop Around the Corner'?

Does anyone know if they used the same street set as was used in The Shop Around the Corner (1940)? There are other similarities such as same director and some actors, so it seems likely. If anyone knows for sure, do tell. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the IMDb page has no listing of this movie's filming locations, so we can't say for sure, but it doesn't look like the same set to me at all.

Besides, The Shop Around the Corner was filmed at MGM, which ordinarily never allowed other film companies to use its backlot, as some other studios occasionally did. The fact that Ernst Lubitsch directed both films is completely irrelevant, and as for cast similarities, in fact there was only one member of the cast of Shop in TBONTB, Felix Bressart, which also isn't relevant.

But it would be interesting to learn where it was shot, since it was filmed independently and not released by a studio as such (United Artists was a releasing company with no studio of its own). Perhaps the upcoming Criterion release will have some information on this subject.
